Mud Men

End of 2018: After a few years living and working outside Almendralejo and away from the
musical world, Fran (drums and choirs) returns. In the years when he was away, David (guitar
and lead vocal) did not waste time. He enrolled in several musical projects where he continues
currently as "Descalzas" or "Rock en la aulas"; In addition to teaching guitar and bass. The
reunion of both propitiated in the beginning the reactivation of an old musical project (The
Spin Offs) they had while they played in "Churchless".

As they progressed in the writing of new material searching for their own sound, they decided
to rename the project as "Mud Men" in honor of the Spanish region where both musicians are
natural (Tierra de Barros in Extremadura ).

"Mud Men" lacks subtleties, it’s rock in the most extensive term of the concept. With a round
sound with just two instruments and vocals. In other words, "they are two types that make the

Finales de 2018: Tras unos años viviendo y trabajando fuera de Almendralejo y alejado del
mundo musical, Fran (batería y coros) regresa. En los años en los que estuvo fuera, David
(guitarra y voz principal) no perdió el tiempo. Se enroló en varios proyectos musicales donde
continúa actualmente como “Descalzas” o “Rock en las Aulas”; además de impartir clases de
guitarra y bajo. El reencuentro de ambos propició en un principio la reactivación de un antiguo
proyecto musical: “The Spin Offs”, que tenían cuando tocaban en “Churchless”.

A medida que avanzaban en la composición de nuevo material y en la búsqueda de un sonido
propio, decidieron rebautizar el proyecto como “Mud Men” (Hombres de barro), en honor a la
comarca de donde son naturales ambos músicos.

“Mud Men” carece de sutilezas, es rock en el más extenso término del concepto. Con un
sonido capaz de suplir la posible carencia de algún otro instrumentista. En otras palabras, “son
dos tipos que hacen el ruido que haría una banda”. Esto lo puedes comprobar por ti mismo:
